- Upload Your Master Seasons Sheet
Start by creating a 52-week overview of your seasonal start/end blocks in a spreadsheet. Send this to the RateHighway Support Team, and it will be loaded into your RME (RateMonitor Elite) account. - Automated Daily Check
Each night at midnight, SeasonSync checks if a seasonal update is needed based on your predefined schedule. - Seamless Data Swap
If an update is required, the system deletes the outdated season configuration and replaces it with the new one. All pricing actions for the day, week, or month are then executed using the fresh calendar data, automatically.
